Naugam1000 Esport School (“Naugam1000”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, the legal bases for processing, and the choices and rights you have under applicable law (including the GDPR).
1) Scope & Controller
This Policy applies to our website Naugam1000.lol, communications, and coaching services. The data controller is:

2) Data we collect
Contact data — name, email, phone, social/Discord/Steam handles.
Coaching data — game/title, rank, role, goals, VODs or clips you share, schedules, notes and drill sheets created during coaching.
Transaction & billing — plan purchased, currency, amount, limited payment metadata from our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).
Usage & device data — pages viewed, events (clicks, scrolls), approximate geolocation (city/region), IP address, browser type and settings, timestamps.
Communications — messages you send us (email, forms, Discord), support tickets, feedback and reviews.
3) Where we get data
Directly from you — forms, emails, calls, Discord.
Automatically — via cookies, logs and similar technologies when you use our site.
From third parties — payment processors (payment status, last four digits), scheduling tools (availability), analytics providers (aggregated metrics).
4) How we use data & legal bases
Provide services (run sessions, VOD reviews, drill sheets) — Performance of a contract.
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who act as processors under written agreements. Typical categories:
Processors only access data to perform services for us and must protect it per our instructions.
7) International transfers
We are based in the EU (Netherlands). If data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions) and implement additional measures where necessary.
8) Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it. Typical periods:
Contact inquiries — up to 24 months after last interaction.
Coaching records (notes, drill sheets, non-public VOD links) — up to 24 months after your last session, unless you request earlier deletion (where applicable).
Marketing preferences — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Transaction/accounting records — as required by law (commonly up to 7 years for tax/accounting in the Netherlands).
Security logs — typically up to 12 months, unless needed longer for investigations.
9) Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, least-privilege practices, backups and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to continuously improve our safeguards.
10) Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR), you can:
Access your personal data.
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erase data (“right to be forgotten”).
Restrict or object to certain processing (including processing based on legitimate interests and direct marketing).
Portability — receive data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.
Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect processing already performed).
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Supervisory authority (NL): Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Netherlands Data Protection Authority). You have the right to contact them if you are not satisfied with our response.
11) Children
Our services are not directed to children under the age required by local law (e.g., 16 under the GDPR without parental consent). If we learn we processed data of a child without proper consent, we will take steps to delete it.
12) “Do Not Track”
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry standard governing DNT; we do not respond to DNT signals. You can manage cookies and similar technologies via the controls described above.
13) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
